Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and VCFY (“VCFY”, “we”) for the use of VCFY Business Kit. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you create a workspace for a business, you confirm that you may act for that business.

The service

VCFY Business Kit helps service businesses record inquiries, clients, quotations, billing statements, and payments, and publish a one-page website. We may improve or change features over time.

Your account and team

• Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• The workspace Owner controls who is invited and what role they have.
• Give accurate business information, including your TIN and VAT status.

Your data and your customers

The records in your workspace belong to your business. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use your customers’ personal information, and for answering their privacy requests. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data for you.

Billing statements are not official receipts

Billing statements and acknowledgment receipts made in VCFY are not BIR-registered invoices or official receipts. You remain responsible for issuing BIR-compliant invoices and receipts and for your own tax filings.

Plans and payment

• The Free plan is free with the limits shown in the app.
• Pro is paid in advance for 30 days or one year through PayMongo. It does not renew automatically. If Pro ends, your workspace returns to Free and your existing records stay available.
• Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires a refund.
• We will give notice in the app before changing prices for future periods.

Acceptable use

Do not use VCFY to break the law, send spam, store content you have no right to, attempt to access other workspaces, or interfere with the service.

Suspension and closing an account

You can stop using VCFY at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Availability and liability

We work to keep VCFY available and your data safe, but the service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, VCFY is not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
